My name is Kinga Offert, and I am originally from Poland, where I studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań. My earliest memories of illustration come from the colorful characters in Disney books and fairy tales. I began working professionally as an illustrator as a way to better capture reality—including virtual reality.

In recent years, I have given my hand-drawn alter ego—a one-eyed figure observing city life—a digital form as a character in a computer game. This marked the beginning of a series of works in which I explore technology, seek my place in the digital world, and confront the fears surrounding the development of virtual reality. Audience interaction plays a key role in my art, and I often invite visitors to my exhibitions to participate in co-creating the artwork.

I balance personal projects with commercial collaborations. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients on various projects. So far, I have worked with brands such as T-Mobile, Electronic Arts, Zalando, Fielmann, Volkswagen, and PepsiCo – Rockstar. A significant part of my work involves designing and painting murals, which allows me to work on a larger scale and engage directly with public spaces.

I also collaborate with cultural institutions. For example, at the invitation of the German Embassy in Warsaw, I designed a Buddy Bear to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the German-Polish Treaty of Friendship.
